As a Certified Personal Trainer and the founder of OKON (est. 2016), she has dedicated her career to empowering others to take control of their bodies, build strength, and unlock their full potential—physically, mentally, and emotionally. 

Through personalized coaching, tailored online programs, and hands-on training, Angela equips others with the tools they need to live with purpose, power, and unwavering confidence. Her mission extends far beyond fitness; she is committed to redefining what it means to feel strong, capable, and unstoppable in every aspect of life.

Austin Gelhar

Austin Gelhar has been a dedicated professional in the training industry for nearly a decade. Throughout his career, he has cultivated a comprehensive education in health and fitness, allowing him to build a robust foundation for his coaching practices.

Austin's journey began in CrossFit, where he gained invaluable insights into functional fitness and high-intensity training methodologies. This experience laid the groundwork for his future coaching roles, where he went on to successfully mentor USA amateur boxers, train bodybuilders preparing for competitions, and guide hundreds of individuals along their personal fitness journeys.

By blending his expertise in sports-specific training with aesthetic training and nutrition, Austin has developed a holistic system designed to empower individuals. His approach not only focuses on enhancing strength and overall well-being but also emphasizes achieving an individual's best physical appearance.
